We believe that we have a responsibility to our stakeholders – customers, team members, suppliers and the wider community. We strive to ensure that our community benefit from our business activity.
Over the years, we regularly supply ice to fund raising events in local kindergartens, schools and sporting clubs.
We also support the Heart Children New Zealand in their effort to provide the life long support required by children with heart conditions and their families by providing ice for the Heart Stopper Challenge in Auckland.

We're lucky enough to live in the most beautiful country on the planet and we're determined to keep it that way. That's why we use:
- Food grade quality packaging that can be fully recycled.
- Ammonia as refrigerant.
- Ozone to sanitize our water.
- Biodegradable cleaning chemical whenever possible.
